The City Storage Group Story
Since 1990, City Storage Group has been helping happy clients in the Forest City keep their stuff safe and secure. Founder Stan Adams began by renovating an old building in downtown London, Ontario. This first location, known as City Centre Storage, offered clients secure, convenient storage at a competitive price complete with high-tech security features.
Responding to Changing Client Needs
Shortly thereafter, Stan uncovered a gap in the local short-term storage market. A client inquired about how to avoid unloading and reloading belongings into a storage unit while waiting for their new home to be ready. Instead of using a traditional moving truck, Stan offered secure mobile storage options in London Ontario using an ocean shipping container. Big Box Mobile moving storage solutions was born!
We are now the largest provider of ocean containers used as storage bins in South Western Ontario! Big Box Mobile offers portable storage solutions for personal storage space and mobile storage for businesses in London Ontario and surrounding areas.
Growth Driven by Customer Service
In addition to the initial downtown location and the mobile storage location, City Storage services north London and East London with state-of-the-art storage locations. With additional capacity came the ability for more professional services like packing and moving.
